鳳凰視頻、鳳凰新聞以及鳳凰FM里的直播功能從來沒有播放成功過！永遠顯示「加載失敗啦，嘗試刷新或播放音頻吧」。幾年了，成功加載視頻的次數屈指可數！真的是屈指可數啊！音頻播放也是同樣結果。鳳凰衛視好歹也建台這麼多年了，移動客戶端程序做的還是這麼糟糕。看看sky news，Al Jazeera，France 24，RT，這些台的客戶端直播功能流暢得讓人羨慕！再不濟台灣韓國日本印度菲律賓的電視台基本都在Youtube有官方高清直播頻道。再看看鳳凰衛視的Youtube頻道，為什麼沒有直播。話說鳳凰官網的直播頁面成功概率也是慘不忍睹。除了通過有線電視能看到鳳凰直播，基本上沒有別的途徑了。如此說來，官網及客戶端就和新聞類Podcast app沒什麼太大區別了。
